More than 100 years ago, Mary Washington Healthcare began as an eight-room hospital in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Today, it has evolved into a not-for-profit regional system of two hospitals and 28 healthcare facilities and wellness services. Our Board of Trustees is made up of community leaders who serve in a volunteer capacity to guide our direction.Our mission to our community is clear. Our goal is to promote greater philanthropy by addressing the challenges faced by donors in a responsible and knowledgeable manner. Rappahannock Area Health District WIC
Rappahannock Area Health District WIC (Women Infant Children) is a special, supplemental nutrition program for Women, Infants and Children sponsored by the United States Department of Agriculture and offers nutrition education to 5,000 women and children age 0-5 each year in Planning District 16.
